@Selqui this all sounds great for Series A in December and I agree with your vision and strategy it will be a great place to be once we reach there

For the seed funding round in June I’m guessing the valuation will need to be a lot lower so I think maybe limit the amount we sell at seed round how many was we thinking maybe 2.5 % or less I’m guessing valuation becomes difficult at this early stage and we need to make many concessions to Series A if we want to attract a serious investor

@John-CTM I would just like to clarify what I should of said is I do have little to no development experience but do have plenty of other skills in business etc that I feel would be an advantage to my role on the committee if I got elected I also feel I would help in future contribution in one of the guilds my post was a little misleading after reading again

Following my nomination for committee I will always do my best as a committee member to ensure the rules in the constitution are respected!! I have followed DCRM tech through a couple of project as a early investor and although I don’t have any experience in development as such I do feel the committee should be balanced between community and contributors and we shouldn’t limit ourselves by insisting on development experience my vision always is the most decentralised we can possibly be by creating a successful DAO

I would like to nominate myself for election to the new committee thank you

Looking forward to the development of all this tech tho when it’s all up and running will be some achievement as I know you guys are working really hard to release something special here

Good job guys it very technical we lucky to have the contributors guiding CTM were it needs to be decentralised and I agree we need Theia for the reasons stated in the proposal full support here !! Can the Theia team decide to move from CTM mpc network to another chain say in search of cheaper fees if CTM voted to increase fees or would they be tied into a contract and always be part of CTM as they were incubated by CTM I think I read right we in this together always ? Right

Totally agree with this funding it needed better to hit the ground running !! The continuum of the contributors great work full support and gratitude here

@Selqui great the main infrastructure CTM Dao fully decentralised no concessions to this at all it should be bulletproof I think most are in favour of this

All concessions to decentralised could be made by the new project and any projects that plug in this gives us all full freedom to do everything else

Fee structure for CTM can easily be changed by emergency vote quite quick if needed once set if it isn’t working so can easily be tested and changed

Some great comments I think there is room for both sides and we shouldn’t limit what we offer !! Would it be possible to have CTM Decentral a pure DAO no human intervention all done by vote for the easier projects !! but maybe for the more complex areas we have CTM central we’re we try get a bigger share of the market for some of the more challenging situations with some limited human intervention but users are aware of this by the title of the CTM they choose maybe we could get decentral up and running first with the knowledge of a future plan to increase fees with the CTM central version as time goes on and we over come our challenges we could transition more of our market share from CTM Central to CTM Decentral

I think we should give examples of brand and slogan with name so marketing guild can work with our new name once we choose one easily we really need a brand

Example Router
Name and brand …Conscious Router

Slogan…. Staying aware of all your digital cross chain transactions even while you sleep fast and secure the decentralised era of finance has arrived

Example messenger
Name and brand … Double slit Messenger

slogan
Collapsing time and space the new earth has arrived fast and secure messages on the blockchain trust is good controle is better

Something like that but I’m sure the community can do better than me these are just examples and also up to selqui he might not like this way of doing this
